Savannah is our principal candlemaker. The candles are made-to-order and hand-poured in her home.

We only source our fragrances from CandleScience's Clean Scents program. They are free from phthalates, carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, and acute toxins. Free from all the yucky stuff you shouldn't be breathing in.

That means that the wax, wick, and scent blends are all cleaner than your average store-bought candle. The candlemaker was inspired to find something cleaner to burn while she was pregnant and now that she has a child with a heart condition.

At this time, we can ship within the United States of America. There is a tracking number with each purchase.

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

All of our vessels are second-hand vintage glass and crystal. Savannah hand-picks each one based on quality and appropriate shape for candle burning. She sources them from estate sales, flea markets, local vendors, and thrift stores.

Candles With Heart is open to custom orders and creating a personalized scent blend with you.

Some scent blends can easily be reworked - subbing in similar scents to a pre-designed blend, but unfortunately, some cannot. For example, the candlemaker is allergic to beeswax, so our in-house pour station is free from all beeswax products.

We focus on sourcing glass vessels that you can use again when your candle can no longer be burned anymore. Our mission is to create candles that give you a visceral experience while burning them, and leaves you with a vintage luxury glass or crystal vessel to use over and over again.

Our candles take one business week to create, another business week to allow for scent curing, and one last more to be shipped and delivered. So, from purchase, it is, on average, 3 weeks until it is on your doorstep.

As a gentle reminder, we are a one-woman business, run by a working stay-at-home Mom. We always ask for patience and grace! <3

There are a couple of things that set luxury candles apart from the average store-bought candle. For instance, the type of wax, wick, and fragrance oils all count!

At Candles With Heart, we use a slower-burning coconut-soy wax blend (even slower-burning than paraffin or palm wax). We source clean-certified fragrance scents through CandleScience, and we source vintage glass and crystal vessels that have a longer shelf-life than your average candle jar.

That is what makes luxury: product, sustainable sourcing, and intention.

That's a great question! Because our vessels come in different shapes and sizes, it does vary quite a bit. On average coconut-soy candles burn for about four to six hours per ounce.

Here is a quick breakdown of our average burn times:

4 oz ~12 to 20 hours

6 oz ~24 to 36 hours

8 oz ~32 to 48 hours

10 oz ~40 to 60 hours

12 oz ~48 to 72 hours

16 oz ~64 to 96 hours

32 oz ~128 to 192 hours

In every purchase we provide an "Information" card, which will detail:

- how to burn your candle properly

- how to clean out your vessel once the candle has reached its last burn

All candles are marked as "Fragile" for extra care, but if your candle breaks in transit we will file a claim with the shipping company to receive a refund.

If this has happened to your candle, please hold on to both the candle and shipping box and email photographic evidence to candleswithheartllc@gmail.com.

However, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges through Candles With Heart at this time. Each candle is made-to-order and custom, so we cannot accept them back.

At this time, we have two separate donation models:

1. For every candle purchase, we donate $5 of the overall profit.

2. For every wedding booking, we donate 10% of the overall profit.

Candles With Heart donates to multiple childhood heart organizations: Camp del Corazon, The Children’s Heart Foundation, and more!

We post donation contributions on Instagram as a form of transparency and celebration for helping heart warriors, like the candlemaker’s daughter.

That means these specific scents (listened on our Scents page) will only be offered for a short amount of time. They may never come back again, so get them while they're around!

We are open to wholesale orders for the right fit in a partner.
